The Backyard is a destination-scale mixed-use development conceived as Bee Cave’s premier entertainment and hospitality hub. Long associated with Willie Nelson’s annual music festival, the site leverages Austin’s global live-music identity while delivering a walkable village environment that attracts regional visitors and local residents alike. The project significantly elevates Bee Cave’s economic profile by expanding tourism capacity, generating year-round employment, and producing sustained sales and hotel-occupancy tax revenue.
