KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts is a landmark Class-AA office tower anchoring the HALL Arts mixed-use district in the heart of the Dallas Arts District.
The tower functions as a next-generation corporate headquarters, combining office space with hospitality, cultural, and public amenities. The project strengthens downtown Dallas' revitalization by concentrating employment density and establishing the Arts District as a live-work-culture destination.
