West Grove

West Grove is a 52-acre mixed-use destination at the southeast corner of US Highway 380 and Custer Road in McKinney, with approximately 600,000 square feet of retail, dining, office, residential and entertainment space.

The site sits on the 380 corridor beside Stonebridge Ranch, in one of the highest-income, most densely populated trade areas along the corridor. Retail at the intersection already includes a Super Walmart and Lowe’s, with a Whole Foods Market planned.
