Developer | Investor | Army Veteran
Felipe Castillo is a real estate developer, investor, devoted family man, and U.S. Army veteran whose career has been shaped by service, discipline, and a long-term commitment to building strong communities across Texas.
Raised with a deep respect for responsibility and hard work, Felipe began his professional life serving his country in the United States Army, where he worked in Military Intelligence and supported strategic and tactical operations during Desert Storm. That experience instilled in him a lifelong sense of accountability, calm decision-making under pressure, and a belief that leadership means putting people and outcomes before ego.
After his military service, Felipe pursued advanced education in architecture and business, earning both a Master of Architecture and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance. This dual foundation gave him a rare ability to see development from multiple perspectives, understanding not only how places are designed and built, but how they are financed, approved, and sustained over time.
Over the past two decades, Felipe has led and delivered complex real estate developments spanning multifamily, build-for-rent, mixed-use, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and entertainment projects. His work has taken him deep into the public process, where he has successfully navigated zoning, entitlements, and community engagement across dozens of Texas municipalities. He is known for approaching these challenges with respect, patience, and a clear focus on long-term value.
At the center of Felipe’s life is his family. As a husband and father, he brings the same principles to his work that guide his home life: integrity, consistency, and a responsibility to leave things better than he found them. He believes the places built today should support families, strengthen communities, and remain relevant for generations to come.
Today, based in Texas, Felipe continues to focus on developing projects that contribute to the state’s future growth in thoughtful and durable ways. For him, real estate is not simply about buildings or transactions. It is about stewardship, service, and creating the foundation for greater futures.
