The Backyard

The Backyard is a destination-scale mixed-use development conceived as Bee Cave's premier entertainment and hospitality hub.

The project integrates a major outdoor music venue, experiential retail and dining, and a boutique hotel with branded residences, leveraging Austin's live-music identity while delivering a walkable village environment. The development is designed to expand tourism capacity, generate year-round employment, and produce sustained sales and hotel-occupancy tax revenue for the region.
