HALL Park is a 162-acre, art-forward mixed-use campus transitioning from a suburban office park into a walkable, next-generation district.
The campus currently operates as a major employment center with 200+ companies and roughly 10,000 employees, while dedicating approximately one-third of the site to greenspace, public art, and trails. The redevelopment adds vertical density and hospitality components, including a 16-story office tower, a 224-key hotel, and a 19-story, 214-unit multifamily tower anchored by the central park, creating a live-work-stay destination.
